There is a green grass-like plant growing in my garden/flower bed. What is it?

This plant is harmless and not a weed. When harvesting wheat, a small amount of seed may not be removed from the stalk. Despite further processing, sometimes these seeds will make it into our all-natural product. Especially in a wet year, the wheat will sprout. It will not grow to full term.
